This site does not do the cleaning

Gibsonton Pressure Washing is a lead-generation and matching service operated by KKAL Enterprises LLC. It is not a cleaning company. Nobody associated with this website will arrive at your property, and no work described anywhere on this site is performed by us.

What the site does is straightforward: it publishes what exterior cleaning typically costs in this area, takes your details, and passes them to an independent local contractor who does the work.

Who actually does the work

The work is performed by independent third-party contractors. They are not employees, agents, partners or subcontractors of this site. Each one is solely and entirely responsible for their own licensing where applicable, their own insurance, their own pricing, their own scheduling, and the quality and safety of their own work.

We do not perform, supervise, direct, inspect, approve or guarantee any work arranged through this site. We are not present when it happens and we do not inspect it afterward.

Your agreement for the work is with the contractor, not with us. Read what they give you before agreeing to anything.

What we verify, and what that does not mean

Pressure washing is not a licensed contractor trade in Florida. Chapter 489 covers construction trades — roofing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and similar — and exterior cleaning is not among them. There is no state contractor licence for this work, so any site claiming to verify one is describing something that does not exist.

What can be confirmed, and what we confirm before passing anything on, is: that the business exists as a registered entity in Florida; that it holds a local business tax receipt where the county requires one; and that it carries general liability insurance, confirmed by certificate on a stated date.

That is verification of specific facts on a specific date. It is not an endorsement, a recommendation, a vetting, or an assessment of competence, and it should not be read as one. We have not evaluated whether any contractor is good at their job. Insurance lapses, businesses change, and a fact confirmed in one month can be untrue the next — ask to see current documents yourself before work begins.

How this site is paid

This site does not perform cleaning work. It takes your details and passes them to an independent local contractor who does. Right now nobody pays to be listed here — enquiries are forwarded at no charge while the site gets established. If that changes, the contractors will be the ones paying, never you.

You are never charged by this site for being connected to a contractor. Anything you pay, you pay to the contractor for the work they do.

Calls and the automated assistant

Calls to the number on this site may be answered by an automated assistant rather than a person. It asks about your property and what you need so the details can be passed on accurately.

Calls may be recorded. Florida requires the consent of all parties to a recorded call, so callers are told at the start of the call before anything is recorded.

The assistant can be wrong. It works from published information and can misunderstand what you tell it. Treat anything it says as a starting point and confirm anything that matters with the contractor before agreeing to work.

Do not give the assistant payment card details, bank details, Social Security or other government identification numbers, or medical information. It has no reason to ask for any of these, and you should end the call if something appears to.

If something goes wrong

If you are unhappy with work performed, contact the contractor first. They did the work, the agreement is with them, and they are the only party able to put it right.

Tell us second. We want to know, and it affects who we pass enquiries to in future, but we cannot resolve a dispute over work we did not perform and did not witness.

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, any liability of this site is limited to the amount you have paid us, which for consumers is nothing.
